The Porter Plant Team

MANAGING DIRECTOR - ( Tim Porter ) Creating new business opportunities and expanding the Companie's current clientele. He is continuing to find avenues to build a greater market share for Porter Plant.

OPERATIONS MANAGER - ( Shawn Stapleton ) Managing the day to day operations of the Company. Overseeing staff and system improvements, managing and negotiating client issues.

FINANCE MANAGER - ( Colin McIver ) Managing the day to day finances of the Company. Develops and analyzes information to assess the current and future financial status of Porter Plant.

FIELD SERVICES MANAGER - ( Jason Humphries ) As field service manager he oversees Porter Plant's field activities, monitors the functionality of equipment and machinery, and ensures that field personnel perform duties in accordance with laws and regulations.

CONTRACT MANAGERS - ( John Dalgleish, Stuart Daniell, Cedric Tuffin, Frank Opie ). Four contract managers responsible for designated areas across Victoria and interstate. Working with current and new clients on products and services that Porter Plant has to offer.

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER - ( Blair Thompson ) Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.

PROJECT/ IT MANAGER - ( Soheil Sabetmoghaddam ) Porter Utilities Project Manager, executes, and finalises projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan.

CAR YARD MANAGER - ( Graeme Reese ) Porter Plants Car Yard Manager is responsible for the cars that the company has had out under lease.

FIELD STAFF - Porter Plant has a team of 4 mechanics, a welder/boiler maker and 9 plant operators. The operators are involved in the gas construction industry, installing new gas mains and services throughout Western Victoria.
